All orders and charges are processed at the time you place your order and an e-mail, post or fax acknowledgement is issued.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 – 10 working days, however please allow approximately 28 working days as some of the items may be out of stock or have to be made. Please note that some leather items are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks. If any part of your order is not available we will advise you of an expected dispatch date. Refunds will be given in the unlikely event we cannot ship the ordered goods or an agreed alternative.

Orders are sent by Post, Courier or Carrier whichever we feel is best for you, if you have specific requests such as urgent delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order for stock availability and extra costs if any.

After extensive market research we found customers prefer us to charge actual postage costs rather than ship for free and hide the shipping costs within each item (there is no such thing as free shipping). This way you pay less for your items.

All orders are shipped in plain unmarked packets or cartons unless we are only required to attach return address such as for Royal Mail Special Delivery, we only use our P.O.Box number without any name reference.

We only charge to you the actual cost of posting the item, there are no hidden or added charges.

All items are sent out fully insured against loss and require a signature, if an order is lost or damaged in transit we will recover the costs from the shippers and re-ship your order out to you. If an order is returned to us by the shippers marked unable to deliver, addressee unknown or not called for, you will be required to pay the additional costs to re-ship.

When ordering, Paperwork will go to the customer address if different to the shipping address unless otherwise specified by you the customer.
