Returns Policy

All our products are of the highest quality and we do not expect you to experience any problems, however should you have a problem we will do our utmost to resolve it.

Any product with a manufacturing fault reported within a reasonable time from purchase date, (within a reasonable time) will of course, be repaired or replaced without question.

Please be sure you have read any instructions for handling or care of the product before reporting a fault.

We have a comprehensive sizing chart, if you order an item that is not the correct size we will exchange it for an alternative size, for items that are 'one size' and do not fit, we will offer an alternative item.

Any returns other than for manufacturing faults will be at our discretion and will be subject to being unused, with packaging and in such a condition as to be re-saleable. In the interests of our customers hygiene, any product that is designed to be used in a way that it is in contact with 'intimate' body areas cannot be accepted for return unless its packaging is sealed and intact as when shipped.

Any product returned must have a returns authorisation number, which we will issue when we agree to the return. Other than for returns with a manufacturing fault all returns will be subject to you being responsible for the cost return postage and of shipping a replacement.
